Relaxation

My favorite form of relaxation, is the relaxation pose. Mrs. Johnson taught it to us in biomechanics and when paired with the perfect music, it can be the best thing known to man. It is perfect after a long work out of P90X or Insanity. You lay on the floor, palms up and to your side, your legs straight out, and your eyes closed. Focusing on your breathing, you realx every inch of your body especially the muscles you have just been working. I love also doing this when I can't sleep, counting sheep never really worked for me. My favorite thing to listen to is the nature music app on my phone. I love to mix the sound of the ocean and rain. It's heavenly.
